River Trail for the first outing on Len's new bike. See he got all the bells and whistles for the handle bars,
so he can adjust it however needed to ease his shoulder pain.
After our 18 mile ride we went to the Egg Harbor Cafe in Lincolnshire and found a couple of nice signs.
