Putting in a new patio next door

My neighbor, who loves to do little projects around the house, has finally outdone himself this time! He claims he was putting in a patio in the back yard. Don't know if he ever got this in his back yard; further, I have not seen his wife since he started this project.

Just kidding about the wife, she is very much alive and well. I have not seen the patio though...
