I am a firm believer in letting my pet name themselves by showing me their interests and characteristics and it seems my new pet cockatiel has risen to the occasion. When I first got him in early December he seemed to have particular liking for beans; so I thought I would call him BB, as in Bean Bird! But his taste for beans has waned and a new interest has arisen. I suspect this one will be with him for life and I really do feel pretty good with the new name I have come up with
Take a look at these pictures and see if you don't agree on what his new name will be. (see the answer below the pics)

Good name! (He might have to compete with M&M for pencils, though she seems to prefer the eraser end.)
Based on what was under his feet I thought you might name him Crossword but I think Woody works. Now, if you could teach him to actually DO a crossword, well... that would be something wouldn't it!
Oh my gosh! I didn't know you got a new baby! Congrats...funny he looks a lot like KC did X3. Nothing wrong with that. I just recently got another budgie friend for Tori...I don't have a name for him/her yet. Either way, I'm glad you have a new baby in your life to love. Best of luck and love to you and Woody.
