Fried Pork Chops with Garlic

I let Mayumi pick from three different recipes and she selected Fried Pork Chops with Garlic and Mashed potatoes.
So that is what we made. I think this was the first time she ever had REAL homemade mashed potatoes. We both enjoyed them very much. I am looking forward to the leftover potato patties later in the week.
Mayumi said she loves Mondays because she gets to cook with me! Wow, I know very few people who like Monday under any circumstances.
