Chuck and I went to dinner at Dukes in Wauconda and it was a pretty neat place. You can build your own entree. For a pasta dish you can select the pasta you like best, the sauce and the additional stuff from meat balls to grilled chicken and fish.
I opted for the angel hair pasta with red pepper pesto cream sauce and romano crusted chicken. Yum....Yum. I also constructed a salad from the salad bar that was over the top!
Fortunately, birthdays come only once a year!
This fish was not on the menu!
